I admit it, and it took me a long time to understand what it means to calm down and live the moment. See the good side and learn to accept! Nobody says we have to live in a pink cloud of extreme optimism. We must see life as it is, with good and evil, and constantly fight with our minds (who is not always our best friend !!!). Let's try to see the 'full side of the glass' more often with regard to others, situations and last but not least!
