Tackling the insomnia

Everyone of us must have experienced insomnia at some point of our lives.

Insomnia is attributed to human being not being able to sleep with or without will. So what causes insomnia ?? The main reason is “Fear”... let’s say for example you have an exam tomorrow and you start to fear what’s going to happen, how are you going to tackle, surely you face is insomnia!!

So what to do ?

• First keep in mind that it’s perfectly normal to face this, Every human being faces this issue So Calm down, Remember ? “The one who stays awake at night tend to have higher IQ” 😁
No problem if you don’t sleep one night.

• Now that you can’t sleep, close your eyes and imagine a white board and draw a circle in the centre of the board. Make an “X” mark in the circle, Now rub that X mark carefully without rubbing the circle after that write “Deeper” outside the circle. Now start counting backwards from 100, e.g write 100 in the circle rub it and overwrite Deeper outside. Repeat this procedure till 1, believe it or not you’re going to sleep when you reach 80 or something.

P.S I tried this method and slept at 69 and was amazed 😃

Must be known by every person .

Hope this will help me tonight in sleeping. nothing is more dangerous if u cant sleep because of your bad career. This dont make me sleep every night.
