Stress does so much harm on our body that we don't even realize! This is one of the first things that I try to tackle with my clients when they start my weight loss program! Believe it or not, stress has a major effect on our ability to lose or put on weight!
This is a great post! Take the time every day to relax and breathe! Your body needs it! Even if it is only 5 minutes a day, it will make a world of a difference!
