Diet
If you remember some posts ago, i told that i was on diet and trying to lose 3 kgs.
I already commented about my diet with some friends (girls).
Much to my distress today, i met one of those friends while walking on the street and i think this image is a nice resume of our talk:
So true. When I’m on diet I’ll go for dark chocolate to lower the guilty feeling LOL
I never have program of dieting but am very careful choosing the right food l want
For me it's opposite, It's hard eating a LOT hahahaha. As an ectomorph I need to eat at least 3.000 kCal a day to gain weight.
