Love the positivity you are putting out here. Life really is what you make it. How you react to the negative has such a big impact on your life as a whole. BTW...

Definitely! I appreciate your kind words:)

Thanks for the post. I enjoyed reading it, and it is very emotionally powerful.

I'm no genius. My greatest strength is not book smarts. What makes me successful over others is my tenacity. Once I decide my course, nothing removes me from it.

I too believe in attracting what we think about, and I believe people should surround themselves with positive and good people. Karma or whatever you want to call it is real. I cannot explain it, but I have seen it over and over.

It is why negative and miserable people continually fail in life while positive and happy people continually succeed. They attract what they think about.

I've always said, "You do what you think about, and you become what you do." It's the same idea as what you wrote about above.

It works so well in fact that people need to be careful what they think about, and they should guard against negative thoughts.

YES on everything you just said!

It can be clearly seen on Steemit, to take an immediate example: the majority of minnows think like minnows, envy the dolphins and resent the whales, and then bemoan their fate and the unfairness of the setup for their failure. When someone asks for a follow or an upvote, reeking of desperation, I just think: Is THAT the attitude of a whale or a poor little minnow?

Yeah, this platform is well designed for freedom of speech. Don't like what you read? Mute the person and move on. Just don't try to stop others from reading it. I saw something similar in a thread about Jeff Berwick. He has a lot of haters. They need to relax and allow the free market to function. The whole thread sounded like a Spanish Inquisition and was the opposite of what Steemit represents. There were some powerful people in that thread too, so how much STEEM Power someone has isn't a safe way to be sure they are a defender of liberty sadly.

It's weird, but when I see "STEEM POWER inequality" and how minnows struggle, that makes me think Steemit has, in a decentralized manner, replicated life and could actually be sustainable. Most people, unfortunately, limit themselves and what they can achieve because of how they view the world.

There are no shortcuts in life, or on Steemit:)

wooow
amazing

You sound like you know a lot about the law of attraction :) that movie The Secret (2006), it's about making your wishes come true by being positive and having happy thoughts all the time. It helped me a lot :) your post is inspirational, thank you!

The law of attraction is my obsession! :) I am a huge fan of Abraham-Hicks & they were in the first cut of The Secret - they're amazing!

Thank you for your lovely comment, @perkynanobot, I appreciate it:)

I am not yet the person I need to be to have the life I want to live, so I will fall again. And again. AND AGAIN!

and there you are, rising again, and again. Embrace it all, leave no path untaken.

Is life not a thousand times too short for us to bore ourselves?
