Sit on the ground while eating
Grand parents say that sit on the ground while eating. Now a days people are sitting on dining table. Sitting on the ground does not mean just eating, it is called a type of yogaasana (Padmasan). This posture is very beneficial to our health. To sit on the ground, you have to knock your knees. This also makes your knees better exercise. Sitting on ground increases the concentration of mind. At the same time mental stress is also removed and food is digested quickly. Fit your feet and improve your physical posture. This strengthens your muscles. When we sit on the ground and eat food, it is the pressure on the lower part of the spinal cord, so that your body gets relief, the blood circulation in your body is improved and food is digested quickly, so the heart has to work harder.
