lol! I guess it's different there than here in Canada.. if you fall somewhere, people sue for not maintaining the property :P

lol! The thing is that I've been told that in States and Canada people is constantly trying to sue others just to get some money... the promise land of the lawyers!
haha yes, you can even take people to small claims court without a lawyer though!
