If you want to be happy, let me tell you one thing... It is easy, won't make your life boring, on the contrary, imagine an evolving path to go through in which every action made is leading to a fulfilling yet calmed existence. It is simple, if you are not enjoying it, you are no doing it right.

It's been said that the path to success is bitter, I totally disagree, if it is bitter for you, then it is not your path, it's someone else's and you are wasting your time.

I want to create a life whereas every action I take makes me 0.001 % happier.

So, let's say doing laundry terrifies you, then reorganize your priorities, look, life is simple and exciting when you can do most for yourself and not rely so much on other people, then if laundry creeps you out, reorganize what is important to you and what is not, reduce your wardrobe, if you sweat a lot, search natural treatments online for bad odor, if it is too hot and you are in your house then remove your shirt for a while (it doesn't matter if you are a man or woman, girl you are burning, weather sucks so get on your bras, get comfortable), reduce the amount of clothing you have and find ways to sweat your shirts less, reuse clothing so your laundry work is also reduced.

We all know you've got bills to pay, useless stuff to buy, blah blah blah, but don't worry, you are going to gradually cut off the effort for useless goals, it's simple, there is always an easier and more fulfilling option, if you are battling up in the city is because you want, save some money and move to the countryside, grow some food, build a house with your own hands, plant some gorgeous garden, install solar panels and everyday wake up to build your castle, your empire and stop working to pay the bills and to buy expensive things you don't really need or expensive services that you can provide to yourself almost at zero cost. Okay, not everyone wants to live the countryside life (Yes, I know, they are crazy, why wouldn't they want it?) Anyway, keep in mind that even if everything requires money, some things you buy to last forever, others are disposable, I invite you to buy the first category and dump the second one, whether you live in New York City or in some beautiful small town in China, I don't know, buy things that serve you with the best quality and for the longest time. Buying disposable items is the same as buying garbage, it is simple... You are throwing your money away babe (Oh, I cannot call you "babe" either, right? Pardon me).

• Don't buy garbage, it is throwing your money away.
• Reduce every action that is not providing you to a fulfilling life.
• Define what success really means to you and what is not.
• Avoid getting trapped, there is always an easier and more exciting option.
• Be sustainable.
• Allow me to call you "honey" and "babe", I mean, relax, or do you prefer your bossy boss to call you "bitch" in a politically correct manner?
• Eat, sleep and exercise wonderfully.
• Surround yourself with loving people who value you. DON'T RUSH.
