Psychologists say anger is very normal and healthy feeling But that is when you can control your anger. The excess anger is the loss of people around you, the most harm is your own. Let's see how to handle your overwhelming anger :

  • Before the rise of anger many of the body was clutched in a rigid way. If you are aware of the symptoms of your anger then restrain yourself.

  • If you get angry, then forget everything and then squeeze from one to 10, then count down to 10 and count to one. Repeat until the anger stops.

  • If you feel unwieldy, you will be less angry in exercise. Regular physical exercise keeps your stress level under control. Walking, running, cutting and yoga - if these exercises are regular, anger will be reduced to very much.

  • Share your feelings with a close friend. Your friend may help you to think differently.

  • The biggest source of anger is forgotten. Forget about past quarrels or rage issues as soon as possible. Psychologists say, if people forget bitter experiences, people live for a long time. There is no reason to be angry.

  • The rage got up? In the meantime, light jokes or any strange face, lighten the environment. You will see gradually being angry.

i know this is hard but it helps if you can expel air like a paper bag being squeezed all at once. if you do this 4-5 times, it gets rid of the built up nervous energy and allows you to think calmly

The anger is healty only if you expres it in good ways, its necesary to found balance between suck it all up and have a anger issue and explote to everything. Awesome post

Anger could have really devastating effect. Sometimes when one is angry, it is better to leave for a quiet room and take a long nap or just listen to some really good songs to calm the nerves.
