The higher dimension you alluded to is the Spiritual realm of GOD, which some,,because, they couldn't decipher because of limitations , Disclaim and Prophane.
I have been conceptualizing in this , especially as it concerns my life. Most of the results of my well planned and directed activities tends , without logical reason towards the opposing.
