Little lesson from this morning's yoga class
"Tomorrow is not promised to us. Live today" Each precious moment can be lost on planning for something we might never experience, wasted on the shiny illusion of the future that does not belong to us. Or...we can choose to live fully, unapologetically and joyfully for today, which we can create into whatever the heart desires.
