Excellent post! Let me add some spiritual flavor to this.

Mating is always of the body, its the requirement of the body may be it is also of the mind and emotions but the process of mating belongs to body and to the mind to some extent, the soul can not mate anything neither the soul need a mate becasue it is absolute and boundless. Only what is limited needs a mate in order to feel little better. Why do we choose a mate? Because we as a human want our body to feel alittle better, we call it sexuality, it can be quite beautiful but we want our mind to feel a little better, we call that companionship, we want our emotions feel better and we call it love. Emotional compatibility makes it very beautiful and sweet but that is as far as it goes.

Soul : can't be married. Coz it is limitless. No body will satisfy me fully except me.

Physice, mind, emotions can be married. It's a fortune if they are married to a great extent. So if a breakup is done coz of conflicting ideas or say immaturity of other person.. That's OK..that's even better

It is very important to be true and straight with myself.

For all the things which worry or disturb us, we have to be straight to ourselves.

Romanticism means nothing. Life is already beautiful. Just merge. Don't make it beautiful. We even can't. It's already

Even if we marry most wonderful person, it will do crash. Coz that's just not ultimate.
