Good afternoon Philippines, happy steeming my fellow Steemians in all corners of the earth.

Oftentimes when everybody in the family are together, my older brother is often teased by us upon seeing balloons. This is because of my mom's story when Kuya was still a young boy. He is the eldest, so he first experienced going to the church with my parents. Every Sunday, my parents prepared a budget to buy a balloon otherwise if not bought, he will roll on the floor with a loud anguished cry.

One Sunday the balloon bought was hit in a thorn of the church plant and the money left was just enough for the tricycle fare. With the loud cry of Kuya, my parents felt shy with the many people looking. So they went home even if the mass was not ended yet.

Now, everybody can't avoid to remember the story every time we see balloons and everybody laughed except Kuya who remained silent and we understood that he is hurt that his old story is always remembered.

We felt like sorry to him but it is inevitable to remember that once with his innocence, he became stupid because of the balloon.
