More Treasures from the Library
At the Morgan Library they rotate various books for display.
Some have wonderful illustrations, both on the cover and inside.
And they do have more modern pieces.
The best one was a book on the anatomy and powers of a woman's tongue, which apparently include summoning storm clouds and setting fires.
