I was an over the road trucker for a quarter decade. I lived in an area about the size of a walk in closet. It was pretty much solitary confinement with a view most of the time. I could certainly live in a refitted cruise ship. When will they be available and for how much?

I would expect to pay a premium to live at sea, and maybe a decade before regular people can go and live in such a place. Initially I think they'll be bought up as worker housing for offshore maricultural farms.
