However there is great free speech in hip hop, and a combative non submissive anti domestication vibe.

I would just say that conservative isn't the word he is looking for, it's libertarian, in strong opposition to authoritarian and with nothing to do with liberal "normies" aka specially white dumb mind controlled zero exposed to free speech drones.
