Form: two of eight

Once we have our mass established, the next concept in our pattern is form. Form takes things and puts them into order, giving shape to substance. As things form, we sense a crystalline presence, some there that serves as a template for construction.

When you form an opinion, you take into consideration what you know. This establishes framework, a morphogenic field of possibility that rounds down into the tangible and the concrete. Patterns develop to show the weigh, a form of measurement that allows you to decide.

Form can be loose, or it can be rigid. The form of human has a scaffolding of bones, with organs tethered in between, held together by veins and arteries that allow the flow of blood, circulating high ionic strength water. Water takes form as a bent molecule, that interacts integrally with every other living thing.

My buddy Armando takes the form of a spider when he wants to return to this 3D universe. Maybe we should call this a uniplace, the space where i am in my here and now. All time is in the now, with frequency shifts setting different temporal patterns, all on a human scale.

The form of human scale is set by a single human. This is the lower limit of this fractal. All things smaller are components of a whole. Once the entire whole is seen, we can build up, but we cannot break down. Things that have to be broken to develop how they work are smaller than human scale.

Thus, our pets can operate on human scale, and still be recognized as whole beings. Intelligence flows from water interacting with mass to take the form of shape. Geometry measures the relations between different shapes created from points, the point count determining the form.

So two points make a line, three form a triangle, four a square or a tetrahedral, depending on whether we restrict form to a plane. The structure forms the framework to allow mechanism, a pattern that takes place when the pieces are set up right. Rube Goldberg took this to one extreme, Andy Warhol set a soup can to be the other extreme. Simple and elegant vs complex and fragile.

Form is both solid and fluid. It provides boundaries for the shapes of things to come. The form can be an expectation of a sequence of events, which form structures between the limits of minimum and maximum. When the lower limit is one human, the upper limit becomes our choice of what to include.

All humanity? All life on this planet? All life in the universe? The scale is an integrated form, we set the boundaries on the basis of belief. It can be different for each of us, which is why we find it important to coordinate within time. Time gives form to the illusion of now.

Sequence sets patterns that become learned through repetition. We put on clothes in the morning in sequence, the order is the same daily, but different for each of us. Your bra always goes on before your blouse, some steempunk will now prove this to be a fallacy of the word always. Yet the pattern of clothings is never exactly the same from day to day, the devil being in the details.

Existence is mass taking form in order to flow. The power of love moves mountains, we sound off in the mind's conception, before we relax and void into an after-thought. I hope form takes root in your designs, as we develop an appreciation for simplicity in the shape of complexity.

Introduce yourself to a tree today. Take the time to slow your momentum to tree limb place. As we have 60 second in a minute, a tree has 64 human days in one tree day, a 24 hour day on human scale. While constructs smaller than humans are partitioned into hard sciences, form coming together is a soft science concept. Hard and soft are a pair like top and bottom or up and down.

Thyme to expect all things to be strange and charmed. Listen with two ears as you speak with one tongue. Seeing is believing, except in a photoshopped world. What you know is what you were taught. Suspend that animation and return to work on a human scale. After all, all you can do is all you can do. Why complicate things with human constructs that branch off from form, when the form is simple of itself?
