#SHARING | UNLEARNED PROCESS
Based on the Learning Theory: Behaviorism of John Watson
Everything normal people could be trained to become an expert in every field regardless of their personality and capability. Similar to creating a habit, it is a 21-day process to get used to with new things. I always believe that life is unlimited learning semester.
Then, I was lucky to participate in a TEDx Talk in Sydney:

At the entrance of the theatre, there was a poster about UNLEARNED. Before I only heard about LEARN, so why unlearned? what is it?

I even asked my Aussie mate but she not sure about this?
UNLEARN PROCESS
Now, in a foundation class about Sociology, I truly understand about Unlearn Process. Unlearn is the process that one forget about the way of doing things which could be somehow harmful or useless. According to University of Sydney, unlearn is also about the way that one can re-manage their brain to questioning the accepted, finding the innovative in learning... If one doesn't get rid of the normative way of doing things, how can they come up with the better solution?
I totally agree that this is an essential learning lesson that we are rarely encouraged in our country!
How about you? What do you think?
