Today's Letter is "P"
So my selection is 'P for Pomegranate'...
I am sure all of you have consumed Pomegranate, either raw or in the form of juice.
Pomegranates are loaded with antioxidants and Vitamin C. They present several health benefits like anti aging, cancer prevention, reduced risk of heart disease and improved digestion etc.
Fun Fact
Pomegranate trees can have a lifespan of over 200 years.
