Zakragacha Upazila Awami Juba League's newly formed convenor, Obaidur Rahman, as a skilled organizer and very popular leader of the constituency seat of Chougacha-Jhikargachha area. Monirul Islam Monir said that the political philosophy of Obaidur Rahman Omar, a tested soldier of Bangabandhu's ideology, will be our motivation.

He said that the working political life of Obeidur Rahman Obar will be remembered among us. He will live forever in our lives.
He called upon all the leaders and activists to make the most of the preparations to commemorate the mourning on 31 July. District Juba League Vice-President and senior member of Upazila Juba League Jabal League and senior member of Azhar Ali and joint convener Ilias Mahmud were present in the ceremony as special guests, Upazila Awami League president Jahangir Alam Mukul, municipal and vice-president Alhaj Mustafa Anwar Pasha Jamal and general secretary Mura Mahmud.
Among others, former organizing secretary of the upazila Awami League and Majoja of late Dr. Mostafizur Rahman Musa, district council member Iqbal Ahmed Rabi, former office secretary Shahin Ul Kabir, municipal Awami League general secretary Ilias Hossain, president of Zichargachha Union Awami League and UP chairman Amir Hossain, General Secretary Safari Rahman.
