For those who "understand" (but not stand under!) please forgive the pun in the title. As Alex Jones has put it more or less (not his exact words):

I've been putting off writing about "the legal" question for a long time since there is a lot to cover. That which has been covered up since maybe even the time of the Roman empire! But I've been watching from the sidelines for years and still don't feel I'm an expert at this.
You will see how this ties into Steemit, the love for the idea of a blockchain, cryptocurrency, reaching consensus... I feel the world is slowly waking up thanks to the ARPANET, which we mostly know as the internet now. Great inventions like double entry accounting, our monetary system, we take for granted have slowly changed the world but most of us were maybe not aware of the incredible legal system in place. For those who are living in the United States are obviously aware of it's constitution.
What most people are unaware of is:
Since 1871 the United States president and the United States Congress has been playing politics under a different set of rules and policies. The American people do not know that there are two Constitutions in the United States.
Most of you were taught that the Constitution is what protects them since 1776.
On July 4, 1776, the people claimed their independence from the Crown (temporal authority of the Roman Catholic Pope) and Democracy was born.
But what matter is what is hidden
That freedom ended in 1871 when the original “Constitution for the United States of America” was changed to the “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”.
And
As of 1871 the UNITED STATES isn’t a Country; It’s a Corporation!
Case matters
Uppercase words have special meaning in legal documents.
Capitis Diminutio (meaning the diminishing of status through the use of capitalization) In Roman law. A diminishing or abridgment of personality; a loss or curtailment of a man's status or aggregate of legal attributes and qualifications.
If you look at your personal legal documents like your passport, drivers license or any form of identity, you will notice that (what you think is) your name is either all UPPER case or partially capitalized. In fact; this is not you but an artificially created person or corporation which you as a human being is tricked into representing.
We the people
Maybe you are already getting that the Bill of rights was declared by people. Which implies people are sovereign by nature. Ask yourself; how can anyone logically give or take away your rights? Especially if we are all supposed to be equal regarding the law? Did we contract with the government to police us? I sure would never. Yet the police thinks it has those rights! How can they? Well they did swore on oath. Did you also know that lawyers, judges swore similar oaths?
The world government
The whole reason I start to write this post was because I watched this video:
If you notice how even great journalist are unaware of the fact that people are collateralized through their birth certificate. This is when the artificial person is created - with the same name - and we humans are indoctrinated into representing.
Within two weeks and three days each Certificate of Live Birth is to be filed in Washington D.C. Evidence reveals that there is even a Federal Children Department established by the Shepherd/Townsend Act of 1922 under the Department of Commerce that appears to be involved in this process in some way. Every citizen is given a number (the red number on the Birth Certificate) and each live birth is valued at from 650,000 to 750,000 Federal Reserve dollars in collateral from the Fed.

Reminds of the personhood or robot or android hood of Data of Star Trek Next Generation. They talked about that. They debated on whether a robot android, like Mr. Data, was even alive or not. Regardless, we are alive. But bad people take and steal too much from us too often. Rothschild and Soros and others take more than we think like too often and for too long.
that was a brain twisting episode to say the least... As for the bad people, those are anybody claiming to represent a government, basically terrorists by the Oxford English dictionary definition. They say money makes the world go round, i say money is the root of all evil and the tool of humanities enslavement, and they only became enslaved by accepting government money on the understanding we live by governments rules lol, government can go take a running jump. :)
Love of money can be a root to a lot of addiction in drinking, in gambling, in poker, which my dad did. I like Data from STNG and they also talked about the Doctor, a hologram COMPUTER APP thing, in Star Trek Voyager, being a person or not. First, Data, then, Doctor. So, they have these debates on TV. I also watched Nowhere Man too. Later on, watched Fringe. Sometimes, we got to think about why they put stuff like that on TV. They always have agendas. It was always a whole lot of propaganda and brain washing.

Some people kind of said that TV was brain washing and we kind of ignored that fact.... sometimes, the bad people tell us the truth like on TV even so that we can reject it on their terms and then we become numb and immune to that and to truth when others like ALex Jones comes to say that TV was bad and that the NWO is killing us and stuff.... and the gay frogs....
I will never forget something my primary school did on a weekly basis, they did a weekly questionnaire where we had to tell them how much TV we watched per day and per week, and they recorded all the answers like something depended on it. This told me that the TV was bad at a very young age, why else would school be interested in how much time we spent viewing. Then when on digital in England went bust, the government bought them out and re branded to itv digital or terrestrial, they used public money to save the TV but the TV never became a public asset, This was yet another humongous clue that the TV was being used to program us :(
In the USA, they had public broadcasting or something where you pay to put your show or video or ad or whatever onto the time slots.

In the USA, Obama talked about the digital converter boxes. I think it was around 2009. They stopped the analog signals. Maybe the USA Inc. government bought the digital thing or networks or whatever like they did in England like you said.

We had a channel 1 news we had to watch in high school and the news show starred other kids.... but they were probably too left....
I don't ever remember any public access type tv shows or adverts, everything goes through the channel, and then the channel is over saw by regulators or that's my take on it at least.
I would not be surprised if American TV is owned by the terrorists masquerading as government, but i don't actually know for certain on that 1.
They have not got a clue of how many viewers a program or channel gets, or didn't, 99% of all statistics are made up on the spot. Granted today's age they could poll facebook for how many people are talking about certain programs, but that will only give them about 10% of the actual figure as only about 10% of the global populace are dumb enough to patron facebook lol.
WOW the only TV we had in school was educational stuff, but we did have children's version of the news, it was called newsround and was never anything relevant to anything in the real world. :D

Sadly too many live in fear, they dont want to listen until you can tell them how to get free money, or how to keep a car when caught driving with no licence or insurance, or how to deal with bobby law without spending time in cells. I wish they would learn a little sacrifice goes a long way :)

i have been fighting the good fight for as long as i can remember, been through many a court case and had to learn their system, they hate me now. In their attempts to extort me they taught me far more than they ever should have allowed me to learn... I'm no longer feared of them, what's the worst they can do, lock me up, where i don't have to work to fund my meals or my shelter, that's nothing to be scared of in my book :)
Well I wouldn't let myself be locked up because the food is really bad. There were prisoners which had stalagmites(!) in their stomach from the soy.

My mom told me about USA Inc. which is a corporation, not the country, our country, like you said in the post above. You commented on my post about Steemit User Bandwidth Limits. You quoted what I wrote in my post that I'm the Alex Jones of Steemit and you wrote about him, of Info Wars and Prison Planet here too. I want to know Steemit rules and limitations like I said in my post. But in your post, you talk a bit about the rules of life and not just Steemit or whatever. That is good. I heard about how social security numbers are part of that, part of what you wrote about. Basically, they own us or something like that. We know that but some people don't know that. It is a bit tough to explain to people too far gone to the left. I did not know the one thing that started in 1922 with the start of the Federal Children Department. Sadly, government gets too big too often. We will continue to educate and fight and we vote drain swamps and we do what we can each day to help as long as we can and each person makes differences in the world including the Han EFFIN Solo or the Mexican or whoever that started the CNN Vs. @nutela, is Trump able to interact or govern the USA Inc. company, the corporation, and not just our country? I mean like, it is kind of confusing how there seems to be like one or two things that we have, a country and a corporation. And this seems to be one or two things or both.

Does the USA government work through USA Inc. or is the GOV the Inc. or are they kind of like other agencies in the USA that are like in other countries or something? The Federal Reserve is from like Europe and I think they kind of stole the USA gold or something. Also, the FBI, CIA, IRS, the FDA, and others, too, also came into the USA from like Europe kind of and they do bad things too.

I hope bad Rothschild money begins dying faster as crypto and blockchains and open source and COPY LEFT (not copy right) and Linux and Ubuntu and other things rises more and more. I'm not sure about the specifics in the USA since I don't live there and thus it has not much benefit to me personally to know all this stuff. It's just the best documented since it is so big and the constitution is famous. England or the UK is a similar story. I know there's some contract which says that everything belongs to the Queen Mother, scary the name! The same goes for the USA, somehow there have been made contracts and capital flows from the USA in the form of taxes to the city of London (which is a country within a country, not the UK as far as I know) and from there to the Vatican.
I'm not sure Trump is aware of this but he did swore his oath on the US Inc not the USA as a country.
