The topic today is showing some basic errors of YESTERDAY and YOU.

YESTERDAY

Let's take a look at these examples:

We use yesterday morning / afternoon / evening but last night

Don't use preposition before yesterday or the phrases start with yesterday

YOU

When the subject and the object are the same, we use reflexive pronouns: myself, herself,etc. ( Don't use me, her, etc.)

We also can use this way in case the subject is not mentioned : There is no time ( for us) to relax and enjoy ourselves

YESTERDAY

Tạm dịch: Tối qua tôi đã đến bữa tiệc

Ta dùng yesterday morning / afternoon / evening nhưng last night

Tạm dịch: Cuộc họp đã được tổ chức chiều hôm qua

Ta không dùng giới từ trước yesterday hoặc các nhóm từ bắt đầu bằng yesterday

YOU

Tạm dịch: Hãy cho mình biết thêm về bạn

Khi chủ ngữ và tân ngữ cùng là một người, vật, đồ vật, ta dùng đại từ phản thân: myself, herself,etc. ( không dùng me, her, etc.)

Cách này cũng dùng được trong câu mà chủ ngữ không được đề cập : There is no time ( for us) to relax and enjoy ourselves

Tạm dịch: Không có thời gian cho chúng ta nghỉ ngơi thoải mái.
