Çok kolay çok da lezzetli bir tarif :)
Malzemeler
- 2 paket kakaolu puding
- 2 adet yumurta
- 1 su bardağı sıvı yağ
- 2 yemek kaşığı oda ısısında margarin veya tereyağ
- 1 paket kabartma tozu
- 1 paket vanilya
- 8-9 yemek kaşığı un
Yapılışı
Un ve kabartma tozu hariç bütün malzemeler yoğurma kabına alınır ve şekil alabilecek kıvama gelinceye kadar yoğurulur. Kaba un ve kabartma tozunu da ekleyip ele yapışmayan bir hamur elde edilir. Ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar alıp yuvarlanır. Yağlı kağıt serilmiş tepsiye aralıklı bir şekilde dizilir. Önceden ısıtılmış 200 derecelik fırında 20 dakika kadar pişirilir.
