일본의 도쿄를 여행하면 꼭 한 번은 먹게되는 스시를 이번 여행에서는 어디에서 먹어볼까 고민하다가 츠키지 시장 안에 위치한 sushizanmai에서 먹기로 하였습니다.

When I traveled to Tokyo in Japan, I decided to eat sushi which I would like to eat once in this trip. I decided to eat at sushizanmai located in Tsukiji market.

sushizanmai를 개설한 '기요무라'란 인물에 관심이 갔었기 때문이었는데 이 체인점은 일본에서도 가격 대비 높은 수준의 음식을 공급하는 것 같았습니다.

It was because I was interested in the person named "Kiyomura" who opened sushizanmai, and this chain seemed to supply high quality food in Japan too.

우선 기요무라 사장에 관한 기사로 2017년 초 212kg 참다랑어를 7,420만엔(한국돈으로 760,000,000원) 곧,1kg당 3,500,000원이라는 엄청난 금액에 낙찰받았다는 기사를 보면서 관심이 갔습니다.

First of all, I was interested in seeing an article about president Kiyomura in the early 2017 that he was awarded a huge amount of 212kg of bluefin tuna for 74.2 million yen (760,000,000 won for Korean money) and 3,500,000 won for 1kg.

참다랑어 해체 전문쇼를 보여주는 동영상까지 만들어 보여주는 기요무라 사장은 20살에 아르바이트를 통해 수산시장에 관심을 갖고 25살에 창업하여 38살에 츠키지 시장에 sushizanmai 1호 매장을 열었더군요.

Mr. Kiyomura, who made a video showing a special show about the dismantling of bluefin tuna, opened his sushizanmai No. 1 store at Tsukiji market at the age of 38 when he was 25 years old when he was interested in the fish market through a part-time job at 20 years old.

현재 홈페이지 상(http://www.kiyomura.co.jp) 도쿄도 내 42곳, 훗카이도, 사이타마 현 등 58개 매장이 오픈되어 있더군요.

그리하여 식구들과 같이 방문한 츠키지 시장 sushizanmai 스시는 본고장인 현지에서 먹는 맛의 위엄을 그대로 보여주었습니다.

So, the Tsukiji market sushizanmai sushi, which I visited with my family, showed the majesty of the taste of local taste.

일본에 방문 할 때마다 먹어본 스시중 최고라고 할 수는 없겠지만 가격대비 품질은 훌륭한 것 같았습니다.

I can not say that this is one of the best sushi I've ever eaten when visiting Japan, but the quality for the price seemed great.

최대의 로봇 나라인 일본에서는 이제 가격대비 품질을 최고로 끌어올리기 위해 로봇을 동원한 스시가게가 나오고 있더군요.

In Japan, the largest robot country, there is now a robotic sushi shop to raise the quality for the best price.

그러나 저는 아직까지 사람의 손을 통해 만들어진 스시가 좋네요.

But I still like sushi made with human hands.

넉넉한 여행자금만 있었다면 비록 지금은 돌아가셨지만 미슐랭가이드에 빛나는 Ono jiro 가 운영했던 스시집에 가보고 싶네요.

If you have a lot of money to travel, I'd like to go to a restaurant that was run by Ono jiro on the Michelin guide list.
(But now Ono jiro is dead and his son is still on the Michelin guide list)

'Jiro dreams of sushi'에서 자신의 직업에 정말 최선을 다하는 모습에 감동했기 때문입니다.
영화를 보는 내내 그만의 직업의식에 숙연해질 정도였습니다.

I was impressed by the way he did his best in his job at 'Jiro dreams of sushi'.
It was enough to get rid of my own career consciousness throughout the movie viewing.
