Recipe for cooking Spicy sweet spicy sweet crab

Crabs are the most popular seafood specialties besides squid and shellfish. Mothers need not worry, because here we use spices and simple cooking methods, and still give priority to delicious flavors. So, anyone will easily be able to bring this cuisine on the dining table.


Material :

1. 3 crabs or fresh crabs
2. 2 lemon juice, water dairy
3. Water to boil sufficiently
4. Cooking oil to fry the crab, to taste

Seasonings / ingredients of sauces:

1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2. 2 tbsp butter
3. 10 tablespoons chilli powder
4. 1 onion, chopped
5. 3 cloves garlic, chopped
6. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
7. 5 tbsp oyster sauce
8. 2 celery stalks, chopped rough
9. 1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp english soy sauce
10. 1 teaspoon ground pepper1 tsp sugar
11. 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup clean water
