The little tufts of hair in a cat’s ear that help keep out dirt direct sounds into the ear, and insulate the ears are called “ear furnishings.”
Cat facts are always appreciated. Too bad the ears still require cleaning out once in a while. I love those tufts, though!

창밖 풍경이 우리나라가 아닌듯 합니다. 나비가 있는 사진 오늘도 잘 감상했습니다.
한국이에요ㅎㅎ몇년전에 살던 집인데 자연 환경이 좋았고 밖에서 식물도 많이 키웠죠. 제 첫 흑백사진도 거기 마당 벤치 위에 작은 식물들 분갈이 하기 전에 올려둔 모습이구요.
저런 집 관리가 힘들어서 이사했더니 이젠 식물을 못 키우네요...실내나 베란다에 두면 고양이가 다 뜯어놔서ㅠ
제 친구도 고양이 키우는데 고양이가 좋아하는 식물 추천해 달라고 하더군요..
어떤 식물은 독성이 있어 사람에 해가 되고 고양이에게도 해가 될거 같구..
어찌되었건 이런 저런 고민을 하지 않으셔도 될 듯 하네요..참고로 허브종류는 사람도 좋고
동물에게도 좋을 듯 하니..가끔 고양이를 위해 시도해보셔요..
고양이는 보리나 밀 싹을 먹으면 좋아요. 그렇게 키우면 식물이라기보단 식량이지만...ㅠㅠ 허브 중에서는 유칼립투스나 페퍼민트 같이 쎄한 향 있는건 고양이한테 독성 있어요!
아...그렇군요..도대체 모르시는 것이 없으시네요.
