[카카예기] 250720 _ 일요일은 수면 보충

일요일도 아침 5시30분에 일어났다.
아침에 3km 달리고 씻고 매일 아침 하는것들 좀 하고
그리고 휴식중
평일은 출근을 했겠지만
그리고 모자른 잠을 잤다.
3시간정도 잤다.

평일 5~6시간정도 잠을 잔다.
중간중간 깬다.
그래서 항상 잠이 부족

일요일 잘 잤다.
일요일 편하게 잠을 잘 수 있어
아주 감사한다.
