วันนี้มีโอกาสได้รู้จักกับผลไม้ชนิดหนึ่งค่ะ
##ฟักข้าว..แต่ที่บ้านจะเรียก..ขี้พร้าไฟ (ภาษาท้องถิ่น)
ต้มมันจะคล้ายๆเถาย์ต้นตำลึงค่ะ..ผลของมันก็จะมีสีเขียว-เหลือง แต่พอสุกจะเป็นสีแดง ฝักข้าวไม่เป็นที่นิยมในไทยมากนัก..อาจจะเป็นเพราะมีรสชาติที่ขม..แต่สรรพคุณนี้เยอะมากค่ะ
ผลของ##ฟักข้าว ช่วยลดน้ำตาลในเลือดของ #โรคเบาหวาน
ชะลอความแก่ (อันนี้ดีมาก) แก่ร้อนใน และลดอาการปวดเมื่อยตามร่างกาย..มีประโยชน์อย่างนี้แล้วถึงรสชาติจะขมนิดหน่อยเเต่เพื่อสุขภาพถึงรสชาติจะขมแต่ก็ต้องยอมค่ะ

The taste is bitter. It can be used to make sponge juice with fruits or anything you like.
