What is the Ketogentic diet?

A ketogenic diet is a diet that contains high fat consumption, typically around 60-80 percent of your daily intake. The main goal is to have your body produces ketones. Under normal conditions your body mainly uses carbs for energy, when you eat carbs your body produces glucose and insulin. However in a ketogenic diet your body mainly relies on fat for energy.
