Going Back To The KETOGENIC DIET & Intermittent Fasting!
I have two weeks going to the gym, hired a personal trainer and worked out 5 days a week - Monday through Friday. I also have been eating healthy and having my Isagenix shakes when Im supposed to AND STILL FEEL FAT!

I know it takes time but after trying other diets and getting rapid results - I realized Carbs in my diet are not for me!
Healthy Isagenix Shakes
The last two weeks I have been waking up every morning at 6 a.m and for breakfast I'll have a small cup of oatmeal, then head to gym and meet my physical trainer at 8 am. After my workout I would have my Isagenix shake, then a light lunch and light healthy dinner.
After two weeks - I still felt fat! I went to Omnia Los Cabos Day Club's Grand Opening by Hakkasan Group and felt ugly and fat I couldnt even take any pictures. I didn't share them on social media but Ill share here since nobody personally knows me.
I have came to the realization CARBS are my enemy! Im going to missing out but at least I stay lean even without exercise! The Ketogenic diet is 85% FAT 15% PROTEIN & 5% CARBS. Its Truly the best hands down.. Im kind of excited to go back to tons of coco oil and avocados!!!
Then I went on a break and didn't do the keto diet or work out for about 2 months and gained 15 pounds!
So now that I got a trainer and still feel fat after two weeks of eating healthy and working out; I decided to go back to the ketogenic diet. It has been by far from personal experience the best diet I have ever done! I lost 10 lbs in two weeks and didnt even work out and eat great!
