Yummy Keto Ice Cream Recipe
Ketogenic diets can trigger carb cravings especially if you have a sweet tooth. This ice-cream recipe is not only easy to make but leave you craving for more without compromising your Keto diet.
Ingredients:
1 (7.7-oz.) cans coconut milk
1 can heavy cream
1/2 c. sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Directions:
- Take chilled can of coconut milk; the more chilled the better it is.
- Now scoop out the coconut cream from the can leaving the liquid behind and whip it with the beater to make it thick.
- Now in a separate bowl beat heavy cream along with sweetener and vanilla extract and set it aside.
- Fold whipped coconut mixture into whipped cream and transfer the mixture into a pan to Freeze.
- Best to Freeze overnight
