Ketogenic diets can trigger carb cravings especially if you have a sweet tooth. This ice-cream recipe is not only easy to make but leave you craving for more without compromising your Keto diet.

Ingredients:
1 (7.7-oz.) cans coconut milk
1 can heavy cream
1/2 c. sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Take chilled can of coconut milk; the more chilled the better it is.
  2. Now scoop out the coconut cream from the can leaving the liquid behind and whip it with the beater to make it thick.
  3. Now in a separate bowl beat heavy cream along with sweetener and vanilla extract and set it aside.
  4. Fold whipped coconut mixture into whipped cream and transfer the mixture into a pan to Freeze.
  5. Best to Freeze overnight
