Have you ever wondered why a salesperson greets one custormer with an alert yes sir, may i serve you? but vurtually ignores another? Or why an employee will consistently carry out the instructions of one superior but grudgingly do what another superior request? Or why we pay close attention to what one person says but not to another? Watch closely some people comand confididence, admiration and loyalty while others don't. Look closely you'll observe that those persons who comman the most respect are also most successful. The explanation is THINKING
