Kanye West made news with his comments about slavery being a choice. While he may have misspoken, his haters goaded Tim into a rant about the FACTS about the issue. Tim delves into a myriad of facts about slavery that poke holes in the narrative that anything bad happening in the black community today have anything to do with government.

A moment should be taken to understand what Kanye actually meant when he said slavery was a choice. What he (appeared to have) meant was that today blacks are still slaves to the Democrat party, who tells them what to vote for and what to stand for. If a black person has a free mind and chooses to support Trump, they are somehow “not black” anymore.

There are many myths associated with American history, especially surrounding the issue the Kanye brought up. Certain historical truths have been pushed aside because they take weight to the prevailing narrative of the left.
