"Information Finding Championship - Season 1 : Round 6 UFO via Wiki-reports"

This was a very difficult challenge, "for finding the most compelling UFO/Alien evidence or the coolest UFO/Alien artwork". To me there is so much evidence out there that UFOs are real. It is not difficult to dissect any story and make it appear the way you want, whether for or against a subject. Out of the following 4 stories, most people have heard and read about the first three.
You need to look at the debunking or pro side with a critical eye. In some they say the lie detector tells it all in others the lie detector is not reliable, in some it's because of money, or lifelong obsession, or some other reason, For @apolymask that would be what they would use to de-bunk any sighting from him, would that make what he saw any less real? An open mind is one thing, but the most important is a critical mind, why the report, does the reporter gain anything? Did Barney and Betty gain anything from their story other than grief? Did Travis Walton and his co-workers gain anything, his co-workers were initially being investigated for murder. The Rendlesham Forest incident, did the soldiers gain anything?
I don't know when or if we will have any real physical evidence, but I do know that whatever evidence is presented it will be challenged as a hoax or lie or media rip-off, or Hollywood movie promotion, or whatever they can do to detract from the truth that there really might be something other than us out there.

United States Air Force's Project Blue Book indicated that Mantell may have died chasing a Skyhook balloon, which in 1948 was a top-secret project that Mantell would not have known about.[
Just before leaving it came to very near the ground, staying down for about ten seconds, then climbed at a very fast rate back to its original altitude, 10,000 feet, leveling off and disappearing into the overcast heading 120 degrees. Its speed was greater than 500 mph (800 km/h) in level flight.
Thats a couple quotes from the wiki stories. My view on those two quotes, Balloon moving at 500 mph?
Sorry I didn't get to this in time to upvote or resteem!
Good points! Why would so many of these people come forward if they didn't have a good reason? There isn't much money to be made from this stuff, especially years ago and usually you just take a lot of mental abuse from people for speaking about such strange things.. It's not easy..
Hahaha. Good point! That's one crazy balloon!
I'm familiar with all of those already except for the Mantell case, that one is new to me! And fascinating too! I never heard about anyone dying chasing UFO's before.. Kinda surprised I had never heard about it..
I definitely think something weird is going on up in the skies! Thanks for your detailed and thoughtful entry!
You have been very busy, so missing a post every now and then, no biggie not on my part anyway. have a nice evening.
