As far as I can tell, no one can guarantee how much STEEM you will get exactly, because reward calculation algorithm is complex. We can only estimate approximate value.
Currently, if you get an upvote with 14000sp, it will be worth about $0.11. Payout will occur after 7 days. $0.11 worth of reward will be split in half as author reward(for author) and curation reward(for voter). So, you will get 0.055$ worth of STEEM/SBD as author reward after 7 days. @jsup will give you 90% of curation reward($0.055 * 0.9 = $0.495 worth) after 23 days. The remaining 10% will be distributed to others who didn't post that day as passive reward. Note that this is only an approximation.
I know this already sounds complicated, but that's how STEEM works and I think this is the simplest explanation I can give.
with current steem power of @jsup, you would need to delegate at least 4~5sp to get upvote because the minimum possible vote weight is 0.01%.

you should increase delegation to a feasible amount, or undelegate.
delegation of 1sp results in vote weight less than 0.01%, so upvoting is not possible(everything is automated)
