◆Steemit event◆

We have secretly held meetings to hold events. I have been looking for various event venues and have finally found an ideal place.
I have been planning this event to wish to make a good exchange place between Japanese members and overseas steemian. I think steemit is a feature and fun to be able to touch members in various countries.
If we consider the participation of overseas members, the fashionable event venue I saw in Tokyo was somewhat different. I wanted to choose a location with good characteristics of Japan. So, although it is a little away from Tokyo, I chose Hakone. We have visited facilities in Hakone.
I went to Hakone by car with four people, @shogo @sho-t @steemitjp and myself.I drove the car:D

◆Steemitイベント計画中◆

私たちは密かにイベントを開催する打ち合わせを重ねてきました。
いろいろなイベント会場を探して見てきましたが、やっと理想的な場所を見つけました。

日本のメンバーと海外のsteemianの良き交流の場を作りたいと願いこのイベントの企画を進めてきました。いろいろな国のメンバーと触れ合うことができるのがSteemitの特徴でもあるし楽しさであると思っています。

海外のメンバーに参加していただくことを考えると、東京で見てきたお洒落なイベント会場は少し違う感じがしていました。

先日、思い切って箱根の施設を見学してきました。見学に行ったのは @shogoさん @sho-tさん @steemit-jpさんと私の４人で車で箱根まで行きましたよ〜（私が運転しましたぁ〜〜w）

The building is still new, and it is in the mountains so fresh green was beautiful and it was in a very nice place.From Hakone I could see beautiful Mount Fuji.

建物もまだ新しく、山の中にあるので新緑が綺麗でとても素敵な場所にありました。箱根からは綺麗な富士山を見ることができました。

The inside of the hall was what we thought was ideal. Large scale meeting place. And a relaxing space.

室内も私たちが理想としているものでした。大きな会議スペースと素敵なくつろぎのスペース。これならば、自然といくつもの良い交流の場が生まれそうです。

Guest room is making funny. A quadruple room like a capsule hotel.It is going to be a fun experience.

客室は面白い作りになっています。まるでカプセルホテルのような４人部屋。こんな経験も楽しめそうw

All-you-can-drink 24-hour soft drinks.But alcohol is only 2 hours.

食事は中心のホールでいただきます。
ソフトドリンクは２４時間飲み放題。アルコールは２時間だけですw

If you say Hakone it is a hot spring.There is also open-air bath, so you can take a bath until late night.

箱根と言ったら温泉ですね。ちゃんと露天風呂だってありますし、夜中まで入れるから安心ですよ。

There are several small conference rooms, so it seems that they can be used in small workshops.I think that Japanese people will be lecturers and I would like to hold a workshop of Japanese culture.

小さな会議室がいくつかありますので、少人数のワークショップで使えそうです。日本のメンバーに主体となっていただいて、海外の方をおもてなしするようなワークショップがしたいです。

I still do not know if it can be held only by planning. But is not it a wonderful plan? Will you come to Japan if this plan is executed? Please join us by all means. Everyone, please come to Japan!

まだ場所を見学しただけで、何も決まっていませんが、日本のメンバーと海外のメンバーとを結びつけ日本と皆さんが飛躍できるチャンスを作っていけたらと思っています。

１泊２日で休日開催を考えていますので、遠くに住んでいる方も参加しやすいのではないかと思っています。（開催できるかわからないけどw）
