ちょうど秋頃に、異種のコミュニティが交差する
「クロスコミュニティ」について、コンセプトを記事にしました。

そして、第一回目のクロスコミュニティ会を
2018年9月29日に行いました。

このような前衛的なテーマについて、異ジャンルのメンバーが集まり、
かなり刺激的な意見交換がされました。

どのくらい刺激的だったかというと、
当時集まったメンバーとのコラボレーションがその後に連続的に起こり、
現在でもやりとりを継続して行っています。

例に挙げると、中国関連のコミュニティをされていらっしゃる呉さんとは、
2018年10月28日に「中国×ブロックチェーン」のイベントを行いました。

そして、そこで得られたネットワークをきっかけに、
メディア関連の繋がり、中国関係の繋がりなども波及して広がりました。
私としては、当初想定もしていなかったような繋がりもできました。
（このように素晴らしい方々との人の繋がりがどんどん拡大しています）

また、Katohさんとは、
今度「NPO/プロボノ×トークンエコノミー」というテーマで
イベント登壇の依頼を2019年1月12日にいただいており、
先日もNPOやプロボノの課題についてお話しをさせていただきました。
この辺りのお話も、別途記事にしたいと思っています。

医師＆セクシャルヘルスに関するコミュニティ運営をされている
らっしーさんとも、昨日ちょうどお会いしておりまして、
性に関するコミュニティについてのお話をしていました。

@ytrphoto さんには9/29当日にクロスコミュニティチョコを演出いただきました。

実は、当時のメンバー発端のものだけではなく、
様々な方々から様々な機会でクロスコミュニティへの関心のお声をいただいており、
例えば、ヨーロッパにお住いのブロックチェーンプロジェクトを行う方々とも
Zoomなどの電話会議でクロスコミュニティについてお話したりもしました。

このように、たった1回の繋がりから
どんどん連鎖的に様々なコラボレーションが起こり、
視野や活動の幅が広がっていくことがわかりました。

当時から現在までに、コンセプトレベルではありましたが、
「コラボレーションを起こすことはできる」ということがわかりました。

しかし、私はクロスコミュニティのコンセプトを
さらに高い次元へ昇華させていきたいと考えています。

具体的には、単発的なコラボレーションに留まらない、
コミュニティの汎用的外部性（汎用的コラボレーション）が起こせるレベルに
持っていけたら良いということです。

単発的コラボレーションは、偶発的な意気投合などをトリガーに
一時的にイベントなどを共同で行うイメージですが、
汎用的外部性（連続的コラボレーション）の次元になると、
企業で言えばたくさんの人に通じる「ヒット商品」を作るのような話です。
Aさんだけでなく、Bさんにも売れるような提供価値を持つということです。
（あるコミュニティAとコラボレーションを起こせたことをコミュニティBとも同じように起こせるといった汎用性です）

このレベルまで昇華させるためには、
クロスコミュニティの前に、「コミュニティそのものの成熟性」が問われます。
2日前の記事で紹介したこの図を見ていただきたいと思います。

具体的にはこの図で言う「④の状態」まで持っていく必要があります。
とは言っても、イメージがつきませんかね？

一つ良い例を紹介したいと思います。

私も関係させていただいている議論メシコミュニティでは、
「ディスカッション」というコミュニティの"軸"があります。
そして、これまでに何十・何百というメンバー間・さらには外部企業とのディスカッションを行なっており、
実績としても、ある種の「オープンイノベーション・ディスカッションパートナー」のようなコミュニティになっています。

ディスカッションという内部価値で、外部とクロスコミュニティできるということです。

わかりやすく言うと、「極めろ」ということです。

このように、コミュニティに"軸"があり、
その内なる価値を外部に提供できる「パッケージ（汎用的外部性）」のようなレベルまで昇華することで、
様々なコラボレーションが起こしやすくなります。

議論メシディスカッション実績

例えば、私はよく様々なプロジェクトの方々から相談を受けたり、
お話をさせていただく機会があるのですが
そのような方々が「壁打ち相手」を求めている状況があった際に、
ディスカッションパートナーとして議論メシのお話をすることができます。

そして、それらの「プロジェクト×議論メシ」のクロスコミュニティをプロデュースするのです。

例えば現在、ニュージーランドのスタートアップnukumoさんと議論メシの
オンラインディスカッション（12/28〜）を行なっています。
来年2/3には、ニュージーランドから帰国されたnukumoさんと議論メシの
企業ディスカッションも行う予定です。

このように、コミュニティの提供できる価値が明確なレベルまで昇華されていると、
クロスコミュニティの共創を汎用的に、連続的に起こしやすくなるのです。

最近は、コミュニティマネージャーのグループに入れていただいたりしているので、
共創によるクロスコミュニティのコンセプトの次元を上げていこうと思っています。

「共創できるコミュニティへ」

それは、コラボレーションリテラシーの話かもしれません。

クロスコミュニティを起こせるコミュニティの方々がいらっしゃったら
ぜひお声がけいただければと思います。

However I think I would like to sublimate to even higher dimensions about the cross-community concept.

Specifically, it is not limited to single collaboration, also I want to take it to the level where community's generic externalities (continuous collaboration) can occur.

Although single collaboration is an image that temporarily holds events etc. jointly.
When it comes to the dimension of general externality (general continuous collaboration), It's like talking about making a "hit item" that leads to many people.
It means that the communities have value that can sell not only to Mr. A but also to Mr. B.
(you can make collaboration with Community A happen in the same way as Community B)

In order to sublimate to this level,
Before the cross-community, "the maturity of the community itself" is important.

It is "ultimate" until the internal value of the community becomes a value that can be provided externally.

For Example, In the 'Discussion Messi Community' that I am involved in,
There is "community axis" called "discussion".
And we have been discussing with tens or hundreds of members and even external companies so far,
As a result, it has become a community like a kind of "open innovation · discussion partner".

In this way, if the value that the community can offer is sublimated to a definite level,
It makes it easier for the creation of cross-communities to occur generically and continuously.

"To a community that can co-create"
It may be a story of collaboration literacy.
