Whether it is building a community center for children, supporting a local farm, or investing in an oil rig, having a blockchain based registry will allow for anyone registered to start seeing the benefits of having a digitized government infrastructure.

While it may not be possible for any economies to reach a Nash Equilibrium, the cooperative approach of having dedicated investors and dedicated developers may prove to be the solution to this long-standing theory.

Over the course of time, we may come to the understanding that investing in upscale areas collectively may benefit the disenfranchised faster by turning a quicker profit on properties to then invest in disenfranchised areas, but this is approaching the project knowing that different strategies will be attempted in different economies as the capital to do so becomes available.
