Pork shyabu shyabu is delicious!
Shyabu shyabu is the Japanese word for back and forth I think! Because we just gently move the thinly sliced pork back and forth through the hot water for a few seconds before eating. Everything is so fresh and cooked by yourself in your own hot pot! After cooking you dip the vegetable, noodles, pork etc into the homemade sesame sauce. The meal comes with rice and pickles, a bento box full of veggies and udon noodles and tofu. The meat is either shaved pork or beef and you can decide how many grams :) I always ordr pork because it's cheaper hehe. Someday I can afford beef!
