いつもは英語から文章を書きますが、この編集後記は日本語から先に書きたいと思います。本日、スタードロップの「プロローグ」を投稿しました。楽しんでいただけましたか？スタードロップは以前予告編に書いたように、カナダのノバスコシア州の漫画家、マーク・オークリー(@thatcomicsguy)さんのウェブコミック、グラフィック小説であるスタードロップは、ファンタジー、サイエンスフィクションです。

I usually write English first and then translate into Japanese but today, I will write Japanese first for this Editor’s Note. Did you guys enjoy reading it? StarDrop is a Webcomic and Graphic Novel, Fantasy and Sci-fi by Mark Oakley (@thatcomicsguy) from Nova Scotia, Canada.

マークさんの作品に出会い、私が翻訳することになり、打ち合わせを何度も行い、日本語版スタードロップについて色々と構想を練りながら約１年かけて、なんとかこのような形になりました。今後、編集後記にはスタードロップやマークさんについて、翻訳の裏話などを時々書いていきたいと思います。

After finding his cartoon, I began translating and met many times and discussed about the StarDrop Japanese version. It took almost one year for this process. I would like to write about the untold story behind StarDrop, Mark, the translation and more for this Editor’s Note from time to time.
