大根でカスタードクリーム

大根でスイーツってイメージにないですよね？

カスタードクリームを作ることができるんです。

砂糖は、てんさい糖を使っているので、ちょっと色が茶色になってますが、
こてこてではなく、自然な甘みでパクパクいけます。
クラッカーにのせたので、クラッカーの塩気と相まって美味しくいただけました。
