Tsumuji 麺処つむじ

Because I often see ramen posts with steemit I want to eat ramen, I invited my friends and went to eat ramen. It is Tsumuji in Nakaurawa. It is a shop I wanted to come because it was listed in a ramen magazine.

友人を誘ってラーメンを食べに行きました。
中浦和にある麺処つむじです。ラーメン雑誌にも載っていたということで来たかったお店です。

Menu is based on chicken soup stock.
Besides adding soup of bonito soup stock, ramen.
Salt and chicken oil added, salt ramen.
Miso ramen will be added with miso added.

メニューは鶏白湯がベースで
それに鰹出汁のスープを加えた、ラーメン
塩と鶏油を加えた、塩ラーメン
味噌を加えた、味噌ラーメンになります。

Friends order special salt ramen.

私はラーメンを注文しました。

Noodles are medium in taste and tasty.
The chicken soup is working but the soup is not too thick, the flavor of the fish is not too strong and well-balanced.
Menma is thick but the taste impregnated, and the Chashu was also delicious.

麺は中太ちぢれ麺でスープとよく絡む上に、なかなかのコシがあっていいです。
スープは鶏白湯が効いていてるが濃厚すぎず魚介の風味も強すぎずバランスがいいです。
メンマは太いが味がしみこんでおり、チャーシューもトロトロで美味しかったです。

Pickled Takana Mustard with Chili on the table
is. You can topple freely. It's too hot to put too much.

卓上に置いてある辛子高菜は味を変えたい時に投入できますが、
これが結構辛いので入れすぎ注意です。
この店は美味しかったのでリピートしようと思っています。
