Fukuyoshi ふく吉
I went to Fukuyoshi, a handmable soba shop in Karuizawa. Soba is famous as it is Shinshu region.
軽井沢にある手打ちそばのお店、ふく吉に行きました。
信州といったらそばですね。
I ordered Tororo soba.
とろろそばを注文しました。
Soba is short and tangled frequently with soup. The hardness of soba is not strong, it is just right.
After all the soba in the Shinshu region is delicious.
蕎麦は短めでつゆとよく絡まります。コシは弱くもなく強くもなくちょうどいいです。
やっぱり信州のお蕎麦はおいしいですね。

You are so lucky to be able to go to Fukuyoshi, to eat handmade soba at Karuizawa! It must have been so delicious. There is nothing better than eating homemade noodles! Your pictures looked so delicious. I can practically smell the wonderul dashi! Once again you made me hungry!!! :D
Handmade is better than noodle making with machine. Buckwheat noodles were very delicious.

お蕎麦もいろんな地方に行って食べるのが好きになってきました。
いろんなお蕎麦があって楽しめるのがまたいいんですよね。
