Of course I ordered salt ramen.
Flying fish soup is good!The fragrance and deep flavor spread in the mouth.
Although it is salt ramen, the thick soup is brown and thick.It is rich, but there is elegance.

もちろん塩ラーメンを注文。
スープを一口。あご出汁がガツンとくる！
味は出てるのに臭みもなく、また香ばしさと深い味わいが口の中に広がります。
塩ラーメンだけどスープ茶褐色で濃厚さが出てる。
濃厚だけど、上品さがある。

Wrinkled noodles.Soup and noodles are tangled tightly.
There were two pieces of Cha-shu pork.It like ham was delicious!

麺は中太ちぢれ麺！
あご出汁の効いたスープとしっかり絡む。
チャーシューは二枚入っています。
ハムみたいなチャーシューが美味しかった！

After eating I liked that the flavor of unique flying fish soup remained in the mouth!

食べた後に口の中に独特のあご出汁の風味が残る感じが好きでした！

This shop is open from 11: 00 am to 5: 00 am so you can go lunch or dinner.

こちらのお店、11:00~AM5:00までやっているので、ランチでもお酒を飲んだ後でも行けますね♪
