Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training in the morning.
今日は朝からいつものジムへ行って、低酸素トレーニングをしました。

As I had not yet recovered from the fatigue by yesterday's 42 km running, I intended to pedal an indoor bike easily as active rest. But I was able to increase my heart rate than intended.
昨日の42km走の疲労がまだ残っているので、アクティブレストとしてインドアバイクを楽にこぐつもりでしたが、思ったより心拍数を上げることができました。

It was a little hard for active rest, but I felt comfortable enough after the workout.
アクティブレストとしては少しハードでしたが、ワークアウト後は爽快でした。
