Today was also working Saturday for me. After work, I went out for running in the afternoon.
今日もまた土曜勤務でした。仕事の後、午後からランニングをしました。

Today I decided to run 30 km absolutely. So I ran at slower pace in Minatono-Mori Park. In the park, drink vender machines are right by the track, so I can drink fluid as soon as I come to need hydration. I ran with taking a brief break for hydration every 6 km.
今日は絶対に30km走ろうと決めていました。なので、みなとの森公園で遅めのペースで走りました。この公園なら、トラックのすぐそばに飲み物の自販機があるので、水分補給が必要になったらすぐに水分をとることができるからです。6kmごとに水分補給のための小休止を取りながら走りました。

In this way, I was able to finish 30 km even in the condition of high temperature. As I had not run more than 30 km in a month, my legs felt very tired and heavy after the workout. I fully recognize that I have to run more than 30 km regularly even in the middle of summer.
このやり方なら、気温の高い条件でも30kmを走りきることができました。この1ヶ月ほど30kmを走っていなかったので、走り終わった後、足が非常にだるく、重かったです。やはり、真夏でも定期的に30km以上を走っておかないといけないと思いました。
