フェネグリークは美容にも良い @スパイス講座～Fenugreek is also good for beauty @spiceLesson～

今日はスパイスの１つ、フェネグリークのお話です。
ん？フェネグリークなんだそれは、聞いたこともない、という方が多いと思います。
それもそのはず日本ではあまり知られていないスパイスです。

しかし、このスパイスがめっちゃ万能だということを知ってしまった私は、ニヤニヤが止まりません（笑）フェネグリークは、セロリみたいな匂いがします。嗅ぐと「あ、インドだわ」と思います。
さて、そんなフェネグリークは、インドのローカルの間では定番で、ドクターもその効果を熱弁していました。

効能としては、

• 胃の痛みを和らげる
• ノドの痛みを和らげる
• 鼻水をおさえる

など、風邪薬のようですね。
がしかし、このフェネグリークは頭皮や美肌にも良い！そうです。
私たちにはこの効果が嬉しいですね。

ということで、早速、聞いたレシピで頭皮用オイルと、フェイスパックを作りました。

○頭皮用オイル(写真左)

• 作り方：フェネグリーク小さじ0.5杯にココナッツオイル小さじ1杯を混ぜる
• 使い方：シャンプー前に、頭頂部に塗りこむ

○フェイスパック(写真右)

• 作り方：フェネグリーク小さじ0.5杯にヨーグルト小さじ2杯を混ぜる
• 使い方：顔や体に塗り込む

※いずれも、パウダーの場合はそのまま使ってください。ホールの場合は、ミルサーなどでパウダー状にしてから使ってください。

とっても簡単ですね＾＾
頭皮の乾燥を防いだり、髪に艶を与えるみたいです。
肌には潤いとモチモチ感がたまりません。特に目の周りのくすみを抑えるみたいです。

However, I knew that this spice was so universal, I and my grin and Fenugrek smells like celery. When I sniff it I think "Oh, India."Well, such Fenugrek is a standard among Indian local people, and Dr. was talking about its effect.

As an indication,

• Relieve stomach pain
• Relieve the pain of the nod
• To keep a runny nose

It looks like a cold medicine.
However, this Fenugrek is also good for scalp and skin beautification! That's right.
We are pleased with this effect.

So, I immediately made a face pack with oil for the scalp with the recipe I heard.

○ Skin oil(Photo left)

• How to make： 1 teaspoon of coconut oil is mixed with 0.5 teaspoon of Fenugrek
• How to use：Fill over the top of the head before shampooing

○ Face Pack(Photo right)

• How to make： Mix 2 teaspoons yoghurt in 0.5 teaspoon of Fenugrek
• How to use： Fill into the face and body

※In either case, please use as it is for powder. In the case of halls, please make it into powder form with Milsa etc.

It is very easy ^ ^

It seems to prevent dryness of the scalp and gloss the hair.
Moisturizing and モチモチ feeling does not accumulate on the skin. Especially it seems to suppress dullness around eyes.
