Marocco, una terra da scoprire! (ITA/ENG)

Buona Domenica, chi non ha mai avuto voglia di viaggiare? Io per fortuna, con la mia famiglia, ho avuto la possibilità quando ero più piccolo, in seguito alla crisi del duemilaotto è stato un pò più problematico, ma prima era un appuntamento fisso ogni estate. Adesso viaggio di più con gli amici come potete leggere nel mio post in cui parlo del pazzo viaggio nell'isola di Ibiza con il mio amico Roberto (https://steemit.com/ita/@steem.dollar/viaggio-nell-isola-di-ibiza-ita-eng), ovviamente non c'è più tanto la possibilità economica, ma appena posso sono sempre pronto a prenotare qualche volo.
Questa volta voglio raccontarti la mia esperienza in Marocco, con tutta la mia famiglia e i miei zii e cugini. Il Marocco è uno Stato del nord-ovest dell'Africa e la sua moneta è il Dirham e la lingua ufficiale è l'arabo, ma essendo stato colonizzato da vari popoli come i Romani, i Bizantini, i Cartaginesi ecc.. è possibile trovare luoghi in cui si parla anche il francese o addirittura lo spagnolo.
Come clima ricordo è molto caldo e afoso, e non poteva essere altrimenti dato che sono stato nel bel mezzo della stagione più calda, era fine agosto. Però essendo il Marocco un territorio di notevole estensione, si divide in diverse aree climatiche: mediterraneo; oceanico, dato il suo affaccio nell'oceano Atlantico; desertico; e addirittura montano. Questa è una particolarità di questo posto. E' davvero difficile trovare luoghi con cosi tanti climi, e ancora più bello vedere insieme laghi, fiumi, mare, montagne, deserto e oceano.

This time I want to tell you my experience in Morocco, with all my family and my uncles and cousins. Morocco is a state of Northwest Africa and its currency is the Dirham and the official language is Arabic, but having been colonized by various peoples such as the Romans, the Byzantines, the Carthaginians etc .. you can find places where they also speak French or even Spanish.
As I remember climate is very hot and muggy, and could not be otherwise since I was in the middle of the hottest season, it was late August. But being Morocco a territory of considerable extension, it is divided into different climatic areas: Mediterranean; oceanic, given its view in the Atlantic Ocean; desertic; and even mount. This is a peculiarity of this place. It is really difficult to find places with so many climates, and even more beautiful to see lakes, rivers, sea, mountains, desert and ocean together.

Ora veniamo a noi. Avendo prenotato il volo da Bologna abbiamo deciso di stare un giorno li in modo tale da far visita ai miei zii. Siamo partiti il ventisei agosto verso la sera da Taranto e siamo arrivati il mattino seguente. Arrivati a casa ci aspettava quel simpaticone di mio zio, una persona davvero buona e generosa. Ricordo che mi dava sempre le caramelle alla mente, di cui io andavo ghiotto. Sistemammo le valigie e subito uscimmo a visitare la città. Io e la mia famiglia non siamo i tipici turisti da agriturismo e relax, ci piace uscire dal mattino fino alla sera a visitare sempre posti nuovi, altrimenti con il mare che abbiamo nella nostra bella Taranto, possiamo rilassarci a casa nostra. Il mattino seguente una super corsa all'aeroporto, perché mamma non si sbrigava, le solite corse causa donne. Niente paura, siamo sopra l'aereo. Avevo circa sei anni ed ogni volta che prendevo l'aereo era un'emozione. soprattutto il decollo, vedere una città sempre più dall'alto fa sempre un certo effetto, anche ora che sono cresciuto.

Now we come to us. Having booked the flight from Bologna we decided to stay there one day in such a way as to visit my uncles. We left on the 26th of August towards the evening from Taranto and we arrived the following morning. When we got home, my uncle was waiting for us, a really good and generous person. I remember he always gave me mint candies, which I loved. We arranged the suitcases and immediately went out to visit the city. My family and me are not the typical tourists from farm holidays and relaxation, we like going out in the morning until the evening to always visit new places, otherwise with the sea we have in our beautiful Taranto, we can relax at our house. The next morning a super run to the airport, because mom did not hurry, the usual runs cause women. Do not worry, we are on the plane. I was about six years old and every time I took the plane it was an emotion. above all the take-off, seeing a city ever more from above always has a certain effect, even now that I have grown up.

Atterrammo a Marrakech e poi tramite taxi raggiungemmo l'hotel, Almoggar Garden Beach, ad Agadir. Il tempo di sistemarci nelle camere e iniziammo un giretto nei dintorni. Il giorno seguente aveamo delle visite guidate, obbligatoriamente prenotate prima. Ricordo i pomeriggi con i miei genitori e zii a decidere l'itinerario del viaggio da fare.
Ci svegliammo di buon mattino e dopo una ricca colazione iniziammo una bella camminata nella città, dato che la sera prima non potemmo vedere molto, causa buio. Nel pomeriggio facemmo una gita in pullman e la guida ci parlava della città, ovviamente in italiano. Agadir è una città moderna, a causa del terremoto del 1960, che la distrusse. Questo fu il sisma più distruttivo e mortale del Marocco, portò circa quattordici mila morti e venticinque mila feriti. Dal punto di vista monumentale c'è poco da visitare, rimane solo una Kasbab (Casba) in rovina sotto il porto, la cui entrata è decorata con un'iscrizione del XVIII secolo. Rientrammo in hotel verso la sera dove ci aspettava una bella cena in tema marocchino, e in seguito vedemmo uno spettacolo tipico del posto.

We landed in Marrakech and then by taxi we reached the hotel, Almoggar Garden Beach, in Agadir. Time to settle in the rooms and we began a stroll around. The following day we had guided tours, obligatorily booked first. I remember the afternoons with my parents and uncles to decide the itinerary of the trip to do.
We woke up early in the morning and after a hearty breakfast we began a nice walk in the city, since we had not seen much the night before, due to the darkness. In the afternoon we took a bus trip and the guide explain us about the city, obviously in Italian. Agadir is a modern city, due to the earthquake of 1960, which destroyed it. This was the most destructive and deadly earthquake in Morocco, bringing about fourteen thousand dead and twenty-five thousand wounded. From the monumental point of view there is little to visit, there remains only a ruined Kasbab under the port, whose entrance is decorated with an inscription of the eighteenth century. We returned to the hotel in the evening where we had a nice dinner in Moroccan theme, and then we saw a typical sight of the place.

Il giorno dopo, ventinove agosto, solita sveglia alle otto in punto e via con le nostre escursioni. Non potevamo non visitare il Souk di Agadir, il più grande dell'Africa. Il Souk è un vero e proprio centro commerciale all'aperto, si estende per circa undici ettari e vanta più di tremila negozi. Una cosa immensa, ricordo un flusso di gente assurdo, davvero zeppo di persone. In questo mercato si vende di tutto. La cosa che più mi colpì erano le dentiere, vendute su un banchetto di legno piccolino. La gente come se non fosse nulla le prendeva e le provava comprando quella che più si adattava al loro palato, adesso ci rido ma a guardarlo credimi non è tanto piacevole. Rientrati in hotel nel primo pomeriggio pranzammo e poi noi piccoli iniziammo a giocare in piscina. La sera ovviamente cena e poi un altro diverso spettacolo, organizzato da un gruppo di cabarettisti.
Il trenta agosto partimmo per Marrakech per visitare il Souk e piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa. La piazza non è tanto bella, ma è l'atmosfera a renderla unica, a seconda delle ore del giorno cambia scenario e personaggi, fino a tarda notte. Poi visitammo la moschea di Koutoubia, molto bella e caratteristica e il palazzo imperiale "Bahia". Dopo pranzo visitammo una fabbrica di tappeti e partimmo di nuovo per Agadir.

The next day, twenty-nine August, the usual alarm at eight o'clock and off with our excursions. We could not miss the Agadir Souk, the largest in Africa. The Souk is a real open-air shopping center, covering about eleven hectares and boasts more than three thousand stores. An immense thing, I remember a flow of absurd people, really full of persons. Everything is sold in this market. The thing that struck me most was the dentures, sold on a small wooden table. People as normal took them and tried to buy the one that best suited their palate, now I laugh but to see it believe me it is not so pleasant. Returning to the hotel in the early afternoon we had lunch and then we children started playing in the pool. In the evening, of course dinner and then another different show, organized by a group of cabaret artists.
On the third of August we left for Marrakech to visit the Souk and the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The square is not so beautiful, but the atmosphere makes it unique, depending on the time of day changes scenery and characters, until late at night. Then we visited the very beautiful and characteristic Koutoubia mosque and the imperial palace "Bahia". After lunch we visited a carpet factory and set off again for Agadir.

Un'altra carinissima città è Essaouira, che visitammo il primo di settembre. La sua medina è riconosciuta come patrimonio dell'UNESCO. Visitammo il centro e poi il porto, dove ci fermammo a mangiare in un ristorante a base di pesce. il due era giornata libera quindi approfittammo per fare gli ultimi acquisti e regali per i negozi di Agadir. la sera cena e discoteca.
Purtroppo il nostro viaggio volta al termine, il giorno dopo ripartimmo per l'Italia e tornati a Bologna riprendemmo la via per casa.
E' stato davvero un viaggio intenso e pieno di emozioni, vi consiglio vivamente di visitare certi posti perchè sono la fine del mondo, scoprire diverse etnie, usi e costumi diversi.

Another cute city is Essaouira, which we visited on the first of September. Its medina is recognized as a UNESCO heritage site. We visited the center and then the port, where we stopped to eat at a seafood restaurant. The day two was a free day so we took the opportunity to make the latest purchases and gifts for the Agadir stores. in the evening dinner and disco.
Unfortunately, our journey towards the end, the day after we left for Italy and returned to Bologna we resumed the way home.
It was really an intense journey full of emotions, I highly recommend visiting some places because they are the end of the world, discovering different ethnic groups, customs and traditions.
