Buoni propositi.
Il sole oggi è caldo, mi da l'impressione che l'inverno sia alla fine, ovviamente non è vero!
Ma comunque oggi ho fatto quello che mi prefissavo da tempo!
Sono andato in palestra per potermi preparare all'estate ed alle magliette attillate, che ovviamente ho comprato larghe ma si attillano sulla mia ' tartaruga '.
Sono stato in palestra, solo... A chiedere informazioni e basta, ovviamente!
Il proprietario mi ha chiesto se volessi iniziare oggi, ma già mi sentivo già stanco e sudato, con dei bicipiti da sballo solo per essere entrato varcando la porta, quindi inizierò domani.
Però sono tornato a casa e per il resto della pausa mi sono mini allenato con il sacco, solo perché mi ero preso bene!
Farò un periodo di prova di tre mesi poi vedrò, visto che prediligo correre ed allenarmi all'aperto.
