Putroppo manca il principio della responsabilità nel lavoro pubblico...io se sbaglio pago e anche caro...un dipendente pubblico se sbaglia è sempre colpa di qualcosa o di altri...ovviamente non bisogna generalizzare e conosco tante persone che lavorano sodo nel pubblico ma spesso è come ho scritto prima...
